executive voices—at scale

The context

Executive communications at Meta were extraordinarily visible — and fragmented.

As Meta accelerated its investments in artificial intelligence, immersive technologies, and global infrastructure, the challenge was to move beyond announcement-driven content toward a cohesive narrative system.

The Rationale: Research surfaced a critical gap: top-tier tech talent wasn't just evaluating opportunities — they were assessing how leadership expressed thought. In particular, they were looking for clarity on how Meta's leadership thought about responsible innovation — and where the company was headed.

The strategy shifted accordingly: transform senior leaders into credible, consistent public voices capable of engaging AI researchers, engineers, policymakers, and media—at scale.
