At JPMorgan Chase, our team developed digital communications programs designed to tell richer stories about how businesses are built, sustained, and ultimately passed on. The goal was to treat small-business storytelling as a form of useful communication — content that reflected the ambitions, trade-offs, and practical decisions behind entrepreneurship while reinforcing JPMorgan Chase’s role as a credible partner to business owners.

We created “The Pursuit” as a series profiling entrepreneurs — all Chase small-business customers — as they built their enterprises. Each piece explored the motivations, risks, and lessons behind scaling a company, pairing inspirational narratives with practical insights other business owners could apply to their own ventures.
